The client must obtain and maintain the following policy or policies of insurance at the client’s sole cost and expense:
(a) General liability insurance with minimum limits of liability in the amount of $1 million ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, or death; and / or with respect to damage to property, and $2 million ($2,000,000.00) annual aggregate.
This insurance policy shall name Commercial Kitchen Fort Myers as an additional insured.
(b) Product liability insurance with minimum limits of liability in the amount of $1 million ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, and $2 million ($2,000,000.00) annual aggregate. Said policy of insurance shall name Commercial Kitchen Fort Myers as an additional insured.
Our kitchen facility is available for use 24/7, 365 days a year.
